Protecting your personal financial information and using it in a manner consistant with your expectations is, and always has been, a priority of this credit union. The credit union will collect only the personal and financial information that is necessary to conduct our business in a safe and secure manner. We generally collect non-personal information about you from the following sources:
*Information we receive from application or other forms.
*Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others; and
*Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
We restict access to non-public personal information about you to the credit union officials who need to know that information to provide products and services to you and/or who monitor and direct the organization. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulation to guard your nonn-public personal information.
You will always have access to your information. You will have the opportunity to review your information and make necessary changes to ensure that our records are complete and accurate.
The credit union will only share non-publich information when absolutely necessary. We will share information to administer the products and services we provide when required by law or when we partner with other businesses (financial service providers) to offer a broader array of products and services to our members.
We may provide the following information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
Name & Address; Date of Birth; Social Security Number; Phone Number; Gender
We will only partner with organization that follow strict confidentioality requirements. Under no circumstances will we authorize or sell member information to telemarketing firms.
If you prefer that we do not disclose non-public information about you to non-affiliated thrid parties you may "opt out" of those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to "opt out" of disclosures to non-affiliated third parties, you may contact the credit union by phone at (609)-585-0003.
