Balance information on a members account is only available to the member or to a third party with written or verbal authorization. Member confidentiality is a primary concern of the Credit Union.

 

You may obtain information in person or by phone. If we are unfamiliar with the member or the members voice we reserve the right to request identification or verification in some manner we feel acceptable. Third party requests should be in writing bearing the member signature. We will accept such requests by regular mail or through fax transmission.

 

Members may also obtain information on their accounts by calling our 24 hour Audio Response System at 1-866-462-6409. A pin number is required for using the audio system. You may change your pin number (in writing) or request that your account not be on the audio system.

 
Also, access your accounts through the Home Financial Service on the Main page of our web site. This is a free service, however, you must sign up for the service and be assigned a temporary password to access your account information.
